At Opula Fashions, we adhere to a no-return and no-refund policy. However, we do facilitate exchanges under certain conditions. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please review these terms before making your purchase.
Yes, we offer exchanges for items purchased from Opula Fashions, subject to the following conditions:
- Equal or Higher Value:The new product’s value must be equal to or greater than that of the exchanged item.
- Size Unavailability:If your requested size is unavailable, we provide a credit note for an alternative purchase within 30 days.
- Exchange Request Period:Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 daysof receiving the item(s).
To request an exchange, please email us at opulafashionsofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Ensure the item meets the exchange criteria outlined below.
To qualify for an exchange, the item(s) must be:
- In a saleable conditionwith original packaging and tags intact.
- New, unworn, unaltered,and free from odors or fragrances.
Note: Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right to determine the saleability of returned merchandise at our discretion.
- Standard Exchanges:The customer is responsible for the exchange pick-up courier charges.
- EOSS/Sale Items: Exchanges for items marked as “EOSS”/”sale” incur a charge of Rs 150.
- Sale Item Charges: Exchanges for sale items are chargeable at Rs 150 if the product is wrongly sent.
- Discount Coupons: Discount coupons are not valid for exchange orders. Only one discount coupon or credit note can be applied to a single purchase.

You will be notified by email once your item reaches our distribution center. Please allow 7-14 business days for exchange processing.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping in case of an exchange.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please provide your Order Number and contact us via:

You will receive an email notification upon completion of the cancellation.
For longevity and to maintain the quality of your items, we recommend dry cleaning. Opula Fashions is not responsible for any damage caused by alternative cleaning methods.
